Alyson Stoner got her start with a triple threat role for the Disney Channel, co-hosting Mike's Super Short Show. The show was a hit with the older generations as Missy Elliott Work It's Little Pigtailed Dancer when she was just seven years old. Alyson, who was born in August of 1993 is an actress, model, and singer. Her most memorable roles include Max in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody as well as Isabella Garcia Shapiro and Jenny in Phineas and Ferb. In Mike's Super Short Show, she appeared as Sally. She has now admitted in an Instagram blog post that it's been 'four years since she went vegan. Stoner posted the post by saying that she "doesn't give advice to people about what's the best for their body". But she wanted to share her experience of how removing animal products benefitted both her physical and mental health.
