Jana Kramer is a country performer, singer and songwriter that made her name known on the television screen when she was cast as Alex on One Tree Hill for the final three seasons. In the series' episodes, Jana Kramer sang her debut country albums. The album bearing the same name was ranked in the Billboard 200's Top 20. Thirty One from 2015 reached the top ten spot. Her decade ended with appearances for Dancing with the Stars and on several television shows, as well as a series of non-album singles. In 2021, the album The Doubting Voices came out. Growing up within Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer was a country music fanatic growing up. music and would eventually be pursuing a recording career. However, she started her career acting as an actress, making her onscreen debut in the indie horror film Dead/Undead while still in her teens. Through the years, she appeared on several series, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the recurring role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' Second season (2007-2008). Kramer then appeared in the role of Portia Ranson in 90210 from 2008 until 2009, and as Brooke Manning in Entourage in 2009. She was added to the cast of CW One Tree Hill in 2009, playing Alex Dupre. she stayed up until the final episode in 2012, part way through. Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her get a recording contract from Elektra Records. In 2011 she debuted the contemporary love song from the country genre I Won't Let Go. The song was later featured as a track on Jana Kramer, her debut album, which was released in 2012. It climbed to number 5 among Billboard Top Country Albums. The singer focused her attention on her singing career while still acting she acted in movies that drew her followers such as Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016. Kramer has released her sophomore album Thirty One with Warner Music Nashville in October 2015. It received a boost from Kramer's Top Five country song I Got the Boy and also as a duet with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This album reached number 3 on the Billboard 200 country charts and number 10 in the Billboard 200. The month of September 2016 saw her stint on the 23rd Season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months before ending with a 4th-place finish. That year she also had an adult contemporary smash with the song "Feels Like" Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
